The Marketing Partner is a professional who is a part of the Airhomes Sale’ partner network. As a Marketing Partner you would refer the Airhomes Sale’ online platform to your clients and invites them to register on the website. Once your invited clients register themselves on Airhomes Sale website, they will be able to see available properties and promotions, as well as use valuable resources to make an informed decision. When one of your clients commits to purchases or purchases a property through the platform, you will receive pre-determined commission. We see this as an opportunity to help your colleagues, clients to buy their dream property while strengthening your relationships with your network and earn attractive income. Please note - it is not Marketing Partner's role to negotiate the purchase of a property. All negotiations will be undertaken by our designated professional real estate agents.

Partner dashboard is a central hub where partners can view their client’s information and purchases as well as track their own earnings and payment status. The dashboard offers advanced functions to connect and encourage your clients such as ability to send out bulk emails informing latest opportunities using pre-designed templates, ability to manage your client database etc.

Our partner network is an exclusive network to selected professionals only. If you are interested in becoming a partner, please register your interest by filling out the application form here or at the bottom of this page. Once we receive your application, we validate your details and assess your application. If your application is approved, we will send you the confirmation and partnership agreement through DocuSign. Once agreement is signed, we will set you up in our system and send you the details to access your own Dashboard where you will be able to track your clients and income. No. The marketing partners do not have to be licensed real estate agents. However, our marketing partners will be bound by our strict standards of disclosure and privacy laws set out in partner agreement. When you become a partner, we will provide you an Unique Partner ID. When one of your referred clients registers on our website they will be asked to enter this ID. When your clients enter this ID, our sophisticated system will automatically match them with you. You will be able to see and track your clients through your dashboard at any time.

Every partner will be assigned their own dashboard when they are logged in on the Airhomes Sale website using their personal login details.

Your dashboard is your central hub from where you can decide how you would like to invite clients either by email, SMS or via your own unique URL invitation link. You can share your unique URL invitation link via group communication or even include it in your weekly newsletter. When your clients accept your invitation by registering, they are automatically assigned to you for life unless client requests to be removed. We take utmost care to protect personal information and treat it as per the requirements of privacy laws. All of our marketing manager and partners sign confidentially agreement. Your clients name and contact details are only visible to you on your dashboard. No one else including your marketing manager, other marketing managers or partners can see your clients’ details, thus no one can contact your clients except Airhomes Sale’s administrator or yourself. However, if your client contacts one of our sales agent through Airhomes Sale website, a designated agent for the property can contact your client to close the sale but you will still earn the commission for your referral.

Absolutely not, you will not involve in sales process when your client decides to purchase a property. All sales processes will be handled by our designated professional real estate agents for the project. Each project has designated salespeople, who service clients from enquiry to property settlement. Thus, partner role is to only refer clients to the Airhomes Sale website and encourage them to register to see property listings.

When one of your clients reserves a property on our system and completes a reservation process, the system will display purchase details to partners dashboard. Partner will be able to see and track all information related to the purchase.

Your manager will set the marketing referral fee to the partners which information can be found in the partners dashboards “My referral rate” page. Please request more detailed information to your manager who registering you to Airhomes Sale platform.

If partner’s client cannot settle the property due to their personnel circumstances, partners do not have to return the initial 0.15% fee, however this fee will be deducted from their next payment when another client purchases using Airhomes Sale.
